If you order in stock items with this preorder, they will be held until this arrives unless additional shipping is purchased. All sales with Wave and Wag are FINAL we do not offer returns or exchanges at this point in time. If your boot comes with a flaw that is missed, a replacement boot will be promptly mailed.
